
How to Hire a Hall
Please start by looking at the bookable Halls and Rooms.
Then please review the Booking Conditions. (You have to agree to these if you want to make a booking.)
If you are interested in one or more of the halls, either for a regular booking or a one-off event, please complete the on-line Enquiry Form, below. There is no obligation to proceed. We may ask for further information about your enquiry – timing, access to kitchen, use of tables and chairs. You are welcome to visit the premises to view the halls.

Please complete this form If you wish to enquire about the let of a hall or room at Greenbank Parish Church. There is no obligation to proceed.
After you have completed it and pressed the Submit button, it will be sent to the Halls Convener, Mrs Moira Land, who will contact you to discuss details of the let. She will also tell you how much it will cost.
If you tell her that you want to make the booking, she will email you a Booking Form, detailing the cost and what has been agreed, and including the terms and conditions. You will be asked to sign the form and return it to her. You will also be asked to pay for your booking, preferably by bank transfer, although we can also accept cheques.
