A warm welcome awaits you at Greenbank Parish Church from Locum Minister Emma McMillan!
Emma began working here in August 2026, alongside Rev. Ian Gilmour, prior to his retirement. She is a Church of Scotland Candidate training for the Ministry of Word and Sacrament and is in her final year of studies at New College, the School of Divinity at the University of Edinburgh.
Before embarking on the Church of Scotland’s discernment process, Emma worked in a variety of roles, primarily as a jewellery and silver auctioneer and valuer, as well as a dance fitness instructor, and care home activities coordinator.
Emma cares passionately about all of God’s creation and is delighted to be part of the Greenbank community, where her part-time role focuses on leading worship and pastoral care.
Emma introduced herself to the congregation at the Afternoon Service on 26th July 2026.
